By acquiring and integrating strong owner-led distributors initially focused in the Middle East and Maghreb, GLAS creates a unified, data-driven network that delivers transparency, efficiency and growth for both OEMs and acquired companies.
Alongside this, our media arm is producing Exits - a soon-to-be-launched business podcast showcasing the strategies and stories behind successful growth, consolidation and exit journeys.

Meet the founder
Conor Cronin founded GLAS Medica after more than twenty years working at the intersection of healthcare, business growth and market expansion. Based in Ireland, he has built his career across a spectrum of organisations - from global multinationals to mid-sized growth companies and fast-emerging innovators - giving him a rare vantage point on how businesses scale and what it takes to succeed in highly competitive sectors.
He has held senior leadership roles across Europe, the Middle East and Africa where he has been responsible for commercial, marketing, and distribution strategies. Conor has managed both direct and indirect teams, often in challenging or fragmented environments, and has a track record of driving new product launches, building routes into difficult markets and reshaping distribution partnerships to unlock growth. His work has repeatedly focused on creating not just incremental gains but step changes in performance.
Central to his approach is commercial excellence - the discipline of aligning strategy, execution, and market dynamics. Conor has designed and implemented operating models that improve pricing discipline, market access, and channel management. He has worked on complex negotiations with distributors and healthcare providers, built regional hubs to accelerate growth and applied structured frameworks that allow companies to expand with scale while maintaining agility.
Today, through GLAS Medica, Conor brings this experience to bear on opportunities where scale, performance, and long-term value creation depend on transparency and clarity of execution. His belief is that healthcare companies can achieve disproportionate growth if they are structured to execute with discipline in markets where competitors struggle with commercial and geo-political complexity.
